Edcon XB 3D letters Legit uses X Board for 3D retail displayEdcon (Pty) Ltd, a leading clothing, footwear and textiles retailing group in South Africa, selected X-Board for an in-store visual merchandising display at Legit clothing, located in Canal Walk, Cape Town.Large, three-dimensional letters were cut from X-Board and the edges were painted white using standard water-based paint.

The lightweight word cut-outs were speedily installed on-site, by simply arranging them above the clothing racks in the store- a perfect example of a stylish, hassle-free and eco-friendly short-term retail display.

In keeping with the World Cup spirit, giant soccer balls made from printed X-Board, were manufactured for the Woolworths head office.The lightweight structures were printed, flat packed and then erected on site with minimum hassle and disruption to trade.

The soccer balls serve as a great example of how X-Board can be used for seasonal point-of-sale display.

Boards are simply recycled when no longer in use.

X-Board Print and X-Board Kraft  are perfect, super-lightweight, repulpable substrate for temporary or semi-permanent in-store signage that requires changing anywhere from a few weeks, to up to five years.

The below-shown, direct inkjet printed panels were edged with white PVC capping applied with hot-melt adhesive.

The entire panel with print can be disposed of as waste cardboard.
